You will join a multinational Finance team and work closely with senior finance leadership and European entities. The role offers broad exposure to technical accounting, revenue recognition, financial reporting, audit and tax compliance, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant looking to develop within an international environment.
Your duties and responsibilities? Manage key aspects of the monthly accounting close, with a particular focus on revenue recognition and financial reportingReview contracts and ensure appropriate revenue recognition under US GAAP, IFRS and local GAAPPrepare and post journal entries, accruals, provisions, WIP and accounts receivable reservesPrepare and review general ledger reconciliations in line with internal control and SOX requirementsManage intercompany reconciliations and loan schedules, including monthly interest accrualsSupport the preparation and filing of annual statutory accounts and coordinate with external auditorsReview and coordinate VAT returns, EC Sales and other local compliance requirements with external advisorsAct as a key accounting contact for local entities, providing support on technical accounting, processes and approvalsContribute to the continuous improvement of month-end processes and reportingCollaborate with finance teams across multiple European entities and support ad hoc accounting projectsIdeal Profile

Experience:
