Description of the position
Join Deloitte’s International Tax team and support multinational groups in aligning their tax strategies with their global business objectives. Through a wide variety of advisory services, we help clients navigate the complexities of taxation.
Role and Responsibilities
Client Engagement: You will serve as a point of contact for clients on all corporate international tax matters, working closely with them to build strong, trusted relationships.
Delivery Excellence: As part of a client service team, you will ensure that service delivery consistently meets Deloitte’s high-quality standards.
Mentorship and Practice Development: You will actively mentor and guide international tax professionals, playing a key role in the ongoing development of the International Tax practice.
Networking and Business Development: You will cultivate a network within Deloitte, enhance your international tax expertise, and contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and recommending tailored solutions to clients.
Let’s talk about you
Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of international tax topics such as OECD Pillar 1 & 2, EU Anti‑Tax Avoidance Directives, EU and OECD policy developments, and international tax reporting standards.
Advisory Experience: Relevant experience reviewing international tax aspects of intercompany financing, intangibles planning, supply chain structures, or business model optimization.
Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a similar environment (consulting firm, law firm, tax authority, etc.), demonstrating both technical and business capabilities.
Collaboration & Communication: Team‑oriented professional with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial approach.
Commercial Awareness: Well‑developed commercial insight and networking capabilities.
