ulliOpportunity to lead IT function for a key manufacturing operation. /liliRegional and global exposure through collaboration with international IT teams. /li /ulh3About Our Client /h3pThe hiring company is ba well-established global manufacturer /b specializing in highly engineered industrial products and mission-critical technologies used across a wide range of industries. /ph3Job Description /h3ulliLead and manage all IT operations for the manufacturing facility, ensuring reliable and secure technology services. /liliPartner with regional and global IT teams to align local technology initiatives with corporate standards and strategic objectives. /liliOversee infrastructure environments, including networks, servers, end-user computing, telecommunications, and related systems. /liliSupport and enhance enterprise applications, including ERP platforms, to improve business processes and operational efficiency. /liliDrive the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of business-critical systems and technology solutions. /liliManage IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery within timeline, budget, and resource requirements. /liliCoordinate technology upgrades, system integrations, and infrastructure improvements. /liliProvide leadership and guidance to end-user support activities, ensuring high levels of service and user satisfaction. /liliEnsure compliance with IT governance, security, and operational standards. /liliAct as a trusted technology partner to business stakeholders, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and performance through technology. /li /ulh3The Successful Applicant /h3ulli10+ years of experience in Information Technology. /liliPrior experience supporting manufacturing environments is highly preferred. /liliProven experience managing IT infrastructure, operations, and business systems. /liliExperience delivering IT projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders. /liliStrong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and enterprise IT environments. /liliSolid understanding of TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and network administration. /liliHands-on experience with Microsoft AD administration. /liliExperience supporting desktop, laptop, server, and communication technologies. /liliFamiliarity with ERP systems. /liliStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Project, Outlook, and Visio. /li /ulh3Leadership Business Skills /h3ulliStrong project management and organizational capabilities. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliService-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. /liliAbility to collaborate effectively with local, regional, and global teams. /li /ulh3What's on Offer /h3ulliAttractive salary packages. /liliFixed bonus and performance-based bonus. /liliAllowance and provident fund. /liliGroup insurance coverage. /liliEtc. /li /ul
