Off the back of some seriously good results, we are growing fast, and we are looking for our next Sales Professional to join us.
Walt & Spencer is a finance recruitment company based right in the heart of Ghent, on Vlaanderenstraat. We are young, ambitious, and building something big: our goal is to become the leading recruitment company in Belgium in the short term, then expand across the Benelux, and beyond. Joining now means joining at the ground floor, with real room to grow as we do.
Tasks, amongst others
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients
- Source, screen, and match top finance talent to the right roles
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from first contact to placement
- Own your pipeline, your clients, and ultimately your earnings
Profile
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree
- No experience needed. What matters is drive, not your CV
- Fluency in Dutch; French is a plus
- Ambition, energy, and the will to learn
