Overview
As a Functional Service Consultant at delaware, you’ll work on SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition for a wide range of customers and business cases. You’ll have a primary focus on Finance, SD/MM, or Logistics, depending on your background.
Whether your experience is in Public Cloud, Private Cloud, or on-premise SAP, your knowledge is relevant. What matters most is your willingness to learn and adapt.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve customer tickets and incidents
- Translate service requests into concrete solutions
- Explore new S/4HANA Cloud features and advise customers
- Support bi-annual release testing
- Implement improvements as part of ongoing service contracts
- Collaborate with technical colleagues on end-to-end solutions
Qualifications
- You have 5+ years of SAP experience (FI/CO, SD, MM, or Logistics)
- You understand core business processes in your domain
- Experience with S/4HANA is a strong plus
- You’re customer-oriented, proactive, and communicate clearly
- You speak English + Dutch and/or French
- You’re open to occasional travel
