The Organisation works across complex engineering Programms, combining deep technical expertise with collaborative, cross-functional development teams. /ph3The Role /h3pWe are looking for a Staff Analog Mixed-Signal Engineer with extensive industrial experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design. You will take technical ownership of analog circuitry, combining hands‑on circuit design with technical leadership, system‑level definition, verification support and collaboration across design, layout and digital teams. /ph3Key Technical Expertise /h3ulliExtensive industrial experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design. /liliStrong expertise in analog circuit design for PMIC applications, including:ulliVoltage and current references /liliAmplifiers /liliComparators /liliFilters /liliTemperature and voltage sensors /liliOscillators /liliVoltage clamps /li /ul /liliStrong knowledge of high-speed analog design, particularly:ulliPLLs /liliDLLs /li /ul /liliStrong high-voltage BCD technology expertise. /liliAbility to select components based on voltage, current, speed and thermal considerations. /liliExperience mitigating noise and EMI in analog circuits. /liliUnderstanding of and ability to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, including EMI/EMC and safety requirements. /liliFluent hands‑on experience with Cadence Virtuoso Schematic Editor and ADE Maestro (Assembler Explorer). /li /ulh3Mandatory Competencies /h3ulliEnglish: Fluent written and spoken English. /liliProblem solving: Able to independently analyse problems and implement effective solutions. /liliTeamwork: Strong interpersonal and social skills with the ability to work effectively within a team. /liliAble to perform high-level system definition and derive block-level specifications, based on optimal performance trade-offs. /liliAble to quickly take ownership of existing circuits, including circuits originally designed in a different technology, and independently redesign them. /liliComfortable working with circuit topologies outside your immediate area of expertise, applying fundamental analog design principles across different circuit types. /liliAble to design a wide range of analog circuits from scratch based on defined specifications. /liliAble to support the verification team in debugging measurement and/or yield-related issues. /liliDemonstrates a strong willingness to share technical knowledge and collaborate across teams to improve overall quality and execution. /liliAble to define layout constraints and verify that layouts meet the required quality standards. /liliExcellent critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills. /li /ulh3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliContribute to the successful realisation of projects as part of a design team. /liliIndependently design assigned circuit topologies to meet defined specifications within the planned timeframe. /liliSupport other design engineers in resolving complex design challenges. /liliDrive the successful realisation of the layout, working closely with the layout team. /liliShare design experience and technical knowledge with co‑developers and other designers. /liliSupport the Project Leader during the definition and design phases in a technical lead capacity. /liliLead teams, establish priorities and timelines, and ensure project milestones are achieved. /liliPerform high-level system verification and support Verification Engineers in debugging activities. /liliCollaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of analog and digital components. /li /ulh3Quality /h3ulliCommit to complying with the requirements of the organisation's internal Quality Management System (QMS). /liliContribute to continuously improving the effectiveness of the QMS. /li /ulh3Reporting Structure /h3pThe successful candidate will report to: /pulliLocal Analog Design Team Leader /liliProject Leader /li /ul /p
