As part of the Data Engineering team, you will design, build and operate the data products and models that analysts and business teams rely on. /ph3YOUR ROLE /h3ulliBuild data products: design and develop pipelines and models in SQL and PySpark, from ingestion to analytics-ready tables. /liliModel data: create clear dimensional models that analysts and Power BI reports can use directly. /liliOwn quality: implement tests based on business rules, investigate failed loads and improve reliability. /liliImprove what exists: tune jobs, evolve schemas and pipelines, reduce compute costs, and leave the codebase better than you found it. /liliShare knowledge: document your work in the project’s Git repository so it is easy to understand, maintain and reuse. /li /ulh3YOUR PROFILE /h3h3Must have /h3ulliStrong SQL skills and the ability to write and optimise complex queries. /liliExperience with PySpark (or Python) in a data-engineering context. /liliSolid data-modelling knowledge, including Kimball-style star schemas. /liliAround 3–6 years of hands‑on data-engineering experience, with the autonomy to own work from source to reporting-ready data. /liliA collaborative mindset, clear communication skills and comfort working in the gaming industry. /liliProfessional English. /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliPower BI experience, including semantic modelling, reporting or governance. /liliExperience working in a data-mesh or other decentralised data organisation. /liliAirflow or a similar orchestration tool. /liliAutomated data-quality testing, such as Great Expectations, Soda or dbt tests. /li /ulh3What
