We're seeking an experienced Network Project Manager to lead critical network transformation initiatives within a global pharmaceutical environment. This is an opportunity to drive high-impact infrastructure projects that support business growth, operational resilience, and the modernisation of enterprise networks across complex international operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Managing network expansion, redesign, migration, and refresh programmes across multiple locations.
• Coordinating technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Driving projects involving enterprise networking technologies including LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, and network security.
• Supporting initiatives focused on network performance, stability, capacity improvements, and infrastructure modernisation.
• Helping shape and deliver network segmentation and security enhancement programmes.
• Bringing structure, governance, and momentum to projects operating within rapidly changing transformation environments.
• Managing risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent workstreams.

What We're Looking For

3-5+ years' experience as an IT Project Manager within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or similarly regulated industries.

Proven experience delivering network infrastructure projects, such as:

• Network redesign and transformation programmes
• Infrastructure refresh and migration projects
• Enterprise network upgrades
• Site expansion and connectivity initiatives
• SD-WAN deployments
• Network security and segmentation projects
• Large-scale wireless and network modernisation programmes

Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts including:

• Cisco networking environments
• SD-WAN technologies
• Network security architecture
• Cloud-connected network infrastructures
• Network performance and capacity management

Ability to challenge technical teams, ask the right questions, and confidently engage with infrastructure and network engineering stakeholders.

Experience succeeding in complex transformation environments where processes are evolving and priorities can shift quickly.

Highly proactive, delivery-focused personality with the drive to push projects forward and remove obstacles.

Nice to Have

• CCNA certification
• Previous hands-on networking background
• Experience within large global enterprise environments
• Exposure to network security, SASE, Zero Trust or segmentation programmes
• Understanding of manufacturing, laboratory, or operational technology environments
