We're looking for a senior finance manager to lead and coach a finance team and put financial policies into practice. You'll combine accounting oversight with budget control, cash management and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Oversee quarterly and annual closes and prepare annual accounts.
- Plan budgets and monitor cash flow and financing.
- Develop controls to verify accounting entries and financial information.
- Oversee Procure-To-Pay, from invoice checks to payment approvals.
- Coordinate VAT returns and related statutory filings.
- Organise periodic inventories of IT equipment, vehicles and stock.
What you bring
- At least 10 years of relevant leadership and finance team management experience.
- Experience with annual accounting closes, budgeting and cash flow monitoring.
- Proven Excel experience.
- Basic knowledge of process optimisation and quality management.
- A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
- French, minimum C1.
- Category B driving licence.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of MS Office and project management software.
- Experience reporting to finance directors, senior management or boards.
- Experience with Isabel, Adfinity and Aigles.
- Experience in Belgian public or semi-public organisations.
- Experience in Belgian public housing.
Good to know
- Occasional travel between sites requires your own vehicle.
