Your responsibilitiesAdvise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of employment law matters, covering both individual and collective employment issues.
Support clients on reorganisations, employee relations, remuneration, international mobility and employment-related regulatory matters.
Represent clients in employment disputes before courts and tribunals, gaining hands-on exposure to contentious matters.
Work closely with an experienced and collaborative team, contributing to knowledge sharing and the development of the Employment Law practice.
Take an active role in shaping your long-term career, with opportunities to deepen your expertise, develop your own client relationships and progressively build a practice.
Ideal profile2–5 years of experience at the Belgian Bar, with a focus on Employment Law.
Master's degree in Law from a Belgian university, ideally complemented by additional training in Employment Law.
Fluent Dutch or French, with a good working knowledge of English.
