You will join a highly regarded Employment, Pensions & Benefits team where you will be mentored by experienced practitioners and progressively take ownership of challenging advisory work.
Your duties & responsibilitiesAdvise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of employment, pensions and employee benefits matters.
Draft, review and negotiate employment-related documentation and legal opinions.
Assist clients with day-to-day HR and employment law questions as well as strategic projects.
Support clients on pension schemes, employee benefits and social security matters.
Monitor legal developments and translate them into practical advice.
Contribute to client seminars, legal publications and business development initiatives.
Work closely with colleagues across different practice areas on multidisciplinary matters.
Ideal profileExperience: 2-4 years of experience in Employment Law, with an interest or first exposure to Pensions & Benefits.
Languages: Native Dutch with a good command of French and excellent English.

Qualifications:
Belgian Master's Degree in Law; an LL.
M. or additional postgraduate qualification is considered an asset.
