You will help organizations redesign structures, processes and ways of working to create measurable business value from AI adoption. /p pWhile AI-enabled transformation is a key focus of our work, you will also support broader operating model and enterprise transformation initiatives across corporate functions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign AI-enabled Target Operating Models across HR, Procurement, Finance, Shared Services and other enterprise functions /li liAssess how AI, Copilots and intelligent agents can automate, augment or reinvent business activities and workflows /li liRedesign processes, governance, organizational structures and workforce models for AI-powered organizations /li liQuantify productivity, efficiency and value creation opportunities enabled by AI /li liDevelop business cases, value realization frameworks and transformation roadmaps /li liSupport workforce transformation, role redesign, capability development and future skills planning /li liFacilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to design future-state organizations and operating models /li liLeverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, insight generation and project delivery /li /ul h3WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul li1–8 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business transformation or operating model design /li liExperience supporting organizational, functional or enterprise transformation initiatives /li liExperience in operating model design, process transformation, organizational effectiveness, shared services or workforce transformation /li liExposure to enterprise functions such as Human Resources, Procurement, Finance or Shared Services /li liExperience developing business cases, productivity improvement initiatives, value realization approaches or benefits tracking is a plus /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities /li liAbility to assess business performance and identify opportunities for transformation and value creation /li liAbility to structure complex business challenges and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations /li liStrong communication, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills /li liExperience synthesizing insights into executive-level recommendations /li liDemonstrated use of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent solutions in a professional environment /li liStrong understanding of how AI, copilots and intelligent agents are transforming organizations, enterprise functions and operating models /li /ul h3Mindset /h3 ul liEntrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset /li liPassion for AI-enabled business transformation /li liCurious, proactive and comfortable working in ambiguity /li liCollaborative team player with a drive to create tangible client impact /li liExcited by helping organizations navigate large-scale transformation and the future of work /li /ul h3Education Languages /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field /li liFluen
