Expert Service Delivery Manager – SIAM

pOur client, a prominent organization in the public sector, is looking for a professional to take on end-to-end responsibility for service delivery within a specific functional or technical domain. This role acts as a central point of contact, ensuring stable and result-oriented collaboration between various internal and external service providers. /p ul liManage end-to-end service delivery within the assigned functional or technical domain. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for service delivery follow-up towards various stakeholders. /li liCoordinate collaboration and synergy between multiple internal and external service providers. /li liMonitor service levels, performance, risks, issues, and escalations to ensure stability. /li liOrganise and chair operational and tactical consultation meetings, such as service reviews and coordination boards. /li liTrack incidents, structural problems, changes, and improvement actions from a service perspective. /li liProvide consistent reporting on service performance and contribute to the professionalization of SIAM processes. /li /ul ul liYou possess 8+ years of experience in bIT Service Management /b and bITIL /b. /li liYou have 5+ years of experience in bService Delivery Management /b, specifically in bKPI /b and bSLA /b monitoring. /li liYou bring 5+ years of experience in bMulti-provider governance /b and coordination. /li liYou have 3+ years of experience with bSIAM /b (Service Integration and Management). /li liYou possess experience in bEscalation Management /b and bRisk Management /b within service delivery. /li liYou bring experience with bService Reporting /b and governance structures. /li liYou have experience working within a government or public sector environment. /li liYou are proactive, result-oriented, and possess strong stakeholder management skills. /li liYou have active knowledge of bDutch /b, bFrench /b, and bEnglish /b. /li /ul pbNice to Haves /b /p ul liWillingness to obtain additional certifications in service integration. /li /ul ul libStart date: /b ASAP /li libDuration: /b 8 months (until 30/04/2027) /li libWork regime: /b Full-time /li libLocation: /b Evere /li libWorking model: /b Hybrid /li libContract: /b open to both permanent employees and freelancers. /li /ul
