pWe are looking for an ambitious and passionate IT Manager to join our team in Belgium (Kruisem).br/In view of the further growth and professionalisation of the company, we are looking for a person to lead our IT activities at group level. /ph3About REAZN /h3pThe REAZN GROUP is the world’s largest producer of recycled zinc alloys. We are experts in premium, customized, prime grade zinc alloys, mainly made from secondary raw materials. We employ 150 zinc specialists across various countries and produce over 100,000 tons of zinc alloys annually for approximately 400 customers worldwide. /ppSince 1988 REAZN is dedicated to producing the alloys mainly from secondary zinc units. Since then, the company continues to invest, develop and optimize its innovative recycling technologies and in an environmentally responsible solution for processing and valorising zinc scraps. /ppAt REAZN, we are passionately committed to the circular economy and we believe that business and sustainability go hand in hand. /ph3What will be your responsibilities? /h3ulliManaging IT team (3 locations), mentoring and developing their skillset. /liliManaging external partners and relations. /liliDesign, develop,implement best practices and policies for the organisation. /liliOrganize trainings, workshops and awareness sessions in relation toITfor the whole organization. /liliSystem audits and analysis. Ensure security of data, network access and back-ups and check security ona regular basis. /liliDevelop and execute disaster recovery planning and maintain backup data. /liliOversees all hardware and software applications, ensuring accuracy and integrity. /liliKeep the Digital Blueprint of the group up to date (software, licenses, users, network infrastructure and hardware) according to business needs and budget framework. /liliAssessing opportunities for improvement in groupIT infrastructure and organisation. /liliOverseeing and determine timeframes for upgrades, migrations and majorITprojectsin accordance with business needs. /liliCosts effectivenessand optimization of the IT set-up. /liliManaging annual budget and providing regular updates to senior management. /liliOversee and coordinate GDPR-compliance for the group. /li /ulh3What do we expect from you? /h3h3Skills /h3ulliExcellent knowledge of technical aspects and computer hardware/software systems /liliExpertise in data center management and data governance /liliPeople management and development /liliITfunctioning and concepts /liliTime management, planning, organisation /liliProblem-solving and critical thinking /liliNon verbal, oral and written communication /liliEager to learn and improve /liliFlexibility /liliHands-on approach /li /ulh3Profile Requirements /h3ulliHands-on experience of at least 10years in IT /liliExperience in an industrial setting /liliSeveral years experience in managing teams /liliQualification or degree in: science or computer science, Information technology /liliGDPR knowledge and experience /liliCybersecurity knowledge /liliLanguage: Dutch and English required.
