As a manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives and crafting effective marketing strategies for our esteemed clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals and make a significant impact in the rapidly evolving landscape of digital marketing and customer experience. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and contribute to digital transformation projects for clients, applying creativity and intelligence to solve challenges. /li liManage one of the core practice areas (digital strategy, digital transformation, marketing excellence, or marketing technology) and elevate its capabilities. /li liLead and manage team of marketing and customer experience consultants for effective project delivery. /li liDevelop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with clients' objectives and drive successful campaigns. /li liDrive new business development efforts and cultivate client relationships for business growth. /li liStay updated on marketing trends, digital technologies, and industry best practices to enhance services. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMasters’ degree in Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree is a plus). /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital transformation, or related fields within consultancy. /li liStrong leadership skills, fostering a collaborative work environment. /li liStrategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. /li liDeep understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, and technologies such as (Salesforce, Thunderhead, Adobe, …) /li liYou have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer. /li liClient-focused with exceptional communication skills. /li liAdaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. /li liDutch, French and English fluent. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pWe are unable to provide a work permit for this position /p pSia is an equal opportunity employer.
