About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will combine customer contact, sales, business development and administration. You will manage customer requests, develop new business opportunities and ensure a smooth process from the initial enquiry through to the final order.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotes, opportunities and orders.
• Build and develop customer relationships and generate new business.
• Negotiate with customers and convert opportunities into orders.
• Manage smaller projects and transfer larger opportunities to Outside Sales.
• Coordinate orders, contracts and customer requirements with internal teams.
• Promote rental equipment and related services.
• Maintain accurate customer and account information.
• Follow up on collections when needed.
• Resolve customer, administrative and contractual issues.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Technical, Project Office, Purchasing, Marketing and Credit Control.
