INTERIM OPPORTUNITY | Indirect Sourcing Consultant | 6 months | Wilrijk

Are you an experienced Procurement / Sourcing professional who enjoys working at the intersection of suppliers, contracts, negotiations and internal stakeholders ? Then this could be an interesting next assignment

We are looking for an Indirect Sourcing Consultant to join a dynamic team in Wilrijk for a temporary assignment of approximately 6 months , starting around mid-October 2026 .

Your role
You will take ownership of several existing supplier and commodity portfolios and act as a key point of contact between internal stakeholders, suppliers and the sourcing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing consulting suppliers and following up on consultant requests
Supporting sourcing, onboarding and contractual processes
Managing SOWs, procurement requests and commercial conditions
Negotiating pricing, indexations and contract revisions
Managing relationships with telecom suppliers and supporting telecom projects
Supporting sourcing activities within HR, Health, Training & Development, Payroll and PPE/Workwear
Reviewing contracts and validating commercial terms
Advising stakeholders on supplier-related questions and solutions
Building strong and effective Supplier Relationships

What we're looking for
Several years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing or Contract Management
Strong experience in supplier management and commercial negotiations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Hands-on, structured and highly organised approach
Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
Good knowledge of Excel and contract management
Experience with Medius or similar procurement tools is a plus
Fluent Dutch & English – required
