Leadership and development of the F&B team, including recruitment, onboarding, skill enhancement, and ongoing educational initiatives Collaborating on event planning and execution alongside our Guest Service Agent Events Achieving revenue goals while managing cost budgets Building and managing relationships with local suppliers, in line with the Motel One Group's central procurement Whether you're a professional in the hotel industry or considering a career change, we're enthusiastic about meeting you For us, prioritizing personality and exceptional hosting qualities is fundamental. Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism, ideally within F&B Passion for hospitality and team leadership Strong commitment to quality and service excellence A naturally open and communicative personality, proficient in both German and English communication A team-oriented mindset, combined with the willingness to provide support across various departments
