Our portfolio spans Brussels, Antwerp, Nivelles, Liège, Kortrijk, Tournai, Genk, Bruges, Turnhout, and Waterloo, as well as shopping centers in Schmiede and Pommerloch (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg). /p h3bWhy connect with us? /b /h3 pThe Facility Manager plays a key role in ensuring our properties run smoothly, safely, and sustainably. From managing technical projects to optimizing operational costs, your work directly impacts tenant satisfaction and supports our sustainability ambitions. /p h3bYour potential responsibilities /b /h3 ul liManage day-to-day operational and technical aspects of retail and office properties. /li liNegotiate, coordinate, and monitor contracts with external suppliers and contractors. /li liOversee maintenance, refurbishment, and improvement projects (OPEX and CAPEX). /li liEnsure compliance with legal inspections and safety regulations. /li liFollow up on technical issues and maintain optimal building performance. /li liManage budgets and optimize operational costs.

/p h3bYour profile /b /h3 ul liTechnical or Facility Management degree (Bachelor level) or equivalent experience. /li liQualification as Prevention Advisor or Safety Coordinator is a plus. /li liKnowledge of sustainability certifications (BREEAM or similar) is an asset. /li liNative Dutch or French speaker with good command of English. /li liProficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage. /li liStrong organizational and communication skills. /li liAutonomous, versatile, and proactive. /li liFlexible and able to adapt to changing situations. /li liTechnically skilled, analytical, and result-driven. /li /ul /p
