NET). /p h3Your role /h3 pYou will be part of our international healthcare team, developing our next generation communication platform for nurse call system for hospitals and nursing homes. Your work will impact tens of thousands of patients daily, as well as the nurses taking care of them. You will join a small research team that conducts research in the field of data and AI and will implement software prototypes to demonstrate feasibility within the healthcare setting. You will collaborate in research projects with academic and other industry partners. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 pWork on human activity recognition solutions leveraging sensor data using AI and ML /p pWork on AI models to improve communication between patients and caregivers leveraging contextual data (e.g. prioritization, routing, explainability of alarms) /p pWrite software and build prototypes to validate the solution concept, integrated in the AQURA platform /p pCollaborate (with engineering and product management) on the long-term data science roadmap /p pParticipate in both national and international research projects where you collaborate with academia and other industry partners /p pAssess/assist compliance with regulatory requirements in terms of GDPR, security, AI act /p h3Required Skills and Experience /h3 pYour focus on innovation and AI sets you apart /p pYou have a Master’s degree or higher in the field of engineering (preferably software/computer sciences) with 5+ years of relevant work experience. /p pYou have solid understanding of data store technologies (e.g. MySQL, ElasticSearch,…), AI frameworks (e.g. Tensorflow, PyTorch,…), and you know the pitfalls of various machine learning techniques. /p pExperience in deployment of ML. /p pExperience with .
