You will bridge deep architectural expertise with client leadership, guiding delivery teams and shaping the strategic direction of our Guidewire portfolio in the region. /p pThis is a high-visibility role where you will own client relationships, drive pre-sales activity, and ensure architectural excellence across the full project lifecycle. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Technical Leadership /h3 ul liLead the end-to-end architecture and technical delivery of Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations, from discovery through go-live and hypercare /li liDefine solution architecture, integration patterns, and data migration strategies aligned with Guidewire best practices /li liAct as the escalation point for complex technical challenges across concurrent delivery streams /li liConduct architecture reviews and ensure quality gates are met at each phase /li /ul h3Client Stakeholder Engagement /h3 ul liBuild and sustain trusted relationships with C-level and senior IT stakeholders at Belgian insurance carriers /li liTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, communicating clearly across both business and technical audiences /li liLead workshops, solution presentations, and executive steering committees /li /ul h3Practice People Development /h3 ul liMentor and coach a team of Guidewire consultants and developers, fostering a high-performance culture /li liContribute to the growth of the Belgian Guidewire practice through thought leadership, capability building, and knowledge sharing /li liSupport pre-sales efforts including RFP responses, solution design, and effort estimation /li /ul h3Delivery Excellence /h3 ul liEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards /li liIdentify and mitigate delivery risks proactively, maintaining RAID logs and escalating appropriately /li liPromote Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies within the team /li /ul h3Must-Have Qualifications /h3 ul liACE Certification in Guidewire ClaimCenter (Associate Certified Expert or higher) — mandatory /li liMinimum 10 years of experience in Guidewire implementations in the Belgian insurance market, with a strong track record in both Architect and Tech Lead roles /li liProven expertise in ClaimCenter configuration, integration (REST/SOAP, Guidewire Integration Framework), and gosu scripting /li liDeep familiarity with Belgian insurance regulations, market practices, and carrier landscape (e.g., Assuralia standards, Belgian social legislation for workers’ comp claims) /li liExperience leading teams of 10+ across onshore/offshore delivery models /li /ul h3Nice-to-Have Qualifications /h3 ul liAdditional Guidewire ACE certifications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or Cloud) /li liExperience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) and InsuranceSuite upgrades /li liExposure to broader core system transformation programs (legacy migration, digital front-ends) /li liFamiliarity with Belgian/EU data privacy regulations (GDPR) in an insurance context /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liDutch or French (professional proficiency) — essential for client-facing work in Belgium /li liEnglish (full professional proficiency) — required for internal and international collaboration /li /ul h3What
