pbLanguages: English (mandatory) and French or Dutch /b /p pbOnly EU nationals /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liServe as the technical lead for the IT implementation of the assigned projects, taking ownership of technical activities from solution definition through implementation, deployment and operations. /li liChallenge, validate, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. /li liContribute to solution architecture and ensure technical solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements while adhering to internal IT, security, and technology standards. /li liCoordinate with internal functional and technical platforms throughout both delivery and operational phases. /li liProvide technical expertise on software components and advise on technology choices, resource needs, and IT budget estimates. /li liLead the build, deployment, and operational support of custom-developed solutions, primarily based on Microsoft technologies such as .
NET. /li liManage the integration and adaptation of off-the-shelf (OTS) solutions within the broader IT landscape. /li liPerform fit-gap analyses and contribute to technical evaluations, RFI/RFP processes, and software selection activities. /li liSupport incident, problem, and maintenance management by monitoring suppliers, SLA/KPI performance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liYou are able to speak, read and write fluently English and French or Dutch. /li liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent through experience. /li liAt least five years of relevant experience in technical leadership, solution delivery, application management or IT project implementation, preferably within a Microsoft-oriented technology landscape (e.g. .
NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server). /li liGood understanding of modern cloud and integration technologies, preferably including Microsoft Azure, APIs, containerization and cloud-n solution patterns. /li liExperience with fit-gap analyses, requirements definition, and software selection processes. /li liSolid understanding of software architecture principles, security standards, compliance requirements, and IT service management processes. /li liYou have a good knowledge of Agile methodologies. /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /li liComfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and engaging with both business and technical stakeholders. /li liProactive, autonomous, customer-focused, and collaborative. /li liExperience within the electricity sector is considered a plus. /li /ul
