We’re looking for a public procurement buyer to support purchasing processes and their day-to-day administration in SAP MM. The focus is on processing purchasing activities and transactions accurately and on time, with responsibilities that may later expand to handling procurement files.
What you’ll do
- Process purchasing activities and transactions in SAP MM.
- Support the head of purchasing with procurement administration.
- Check purchasing transactions against internal and external requirements.
- Analyse purchasing process issues and propose solutions.
- Help colleagues carry out their purchasing administration tasks.
What you bring
- At least three years of experience as a public procurement buyer.
- Expert-level proficiency in SAP MM purchasing administration, with at least three years’ experience.
- Demonstrable knowledge of public procurement legislation.
- A higher education qualification at bachelor's or master's level.
- Dutch, C2 (CEFR).
Nice to have
- Experience handling procurement files.
