Location: Leuven, Belgium (hybrid, 2 days p/w)
Type: B2B / Ltd / Freelance contract
Duration: 6 months initial with long term scope to extend
Start Date: 1 October 2026
About the Role:
A large enterprise organisation is strengthening the central team responsible for enabling and governing Copilot Studio and conversational AI solutions across the business. This role goes beyond delivery, you'll help define the strategic roadmap for the platform itself, working closely with architects and internal teams to raise the bar on how conversational AI is built, governed and scaled.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as subject matter expert for Copilot Studio and the wider Power Platform ecosystem
Help shape the roadmap and strategic vision for the platform's evolution
Evaluate architectural patterns, governance models and platform capabilities
Advise on scalability, security and operational excellence of conversational AI solutions
Support design and implementation of complex Copilot Studio solutions
Guide teams on SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, testing and release management
Translate strategic concepts into implementable solutions with architects
Coach and mentor internal teams on Copilot Studio and Power Platform best practice
Required Skills:
2+ years' hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio in enterprise environments
Strong Power Platform knowledge (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Proven track record designing xlxgzvr and implementing conversational AI solutions
Experience defining platform strategy, governance and architectural guidelines
Strong Azure knowledge (authentication, integrations, monitoring, cloud-native services)
Hands-on CI/CD and DevOps experience, including GitHub and source control
Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
Nice-to-have:
Infrastructure as Code / cloud automation experience
Experience mentoring or upskilling internal teams
