Flight Operations Representative LeadCompany:Boeing Belgium SRLBoeing is looking for a Flight Operations Representative Lead to be based out of Belgium.
The role will be a functional lead position providing oversight and coordination in the effective deployment of specialized flight operations Task Forces to support customers in the fields of Aircraft Performance, Human Factors, Safety Management Systems and Training Standardization.
Hiring details:This requisition is for a locally hired position in Belgium. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.
S. based payroll. This position has been identified as a hybrid opportunity. This position will travel 50% of the time.
Position
Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with key industry stakeholders, regulatory authorities, industry bodies, peers, partners and direct reportsAcquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goalsPerforms and manages activities to develop and conduct familiarization, qualification, standardization, flight and ground instruction for company and customer aircrewDemonstrated the highest standards of crew resource management in the operation of aircraftManages, mentors, develops, and evaluates pilots performing aircrew duties, including activities to prepare for and conduct safe flight operationsOperates Boeing and customer aircraft as Pilot in Command and InstructorBasic
Qualifications:
Experience presenting to all levels of managementMinimum 5000 hours total flight time in a public transport category aircraftMinimum 1000 hours of flight instructor timeCapable of traveling 50% of the timeInternational and transoceanic flight experienceExperience with MS OfficeExisting rights to work in BelgiumPreferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higherManagement experienceCurrent FAA ATP or EASA ATPL or other international equivalentCurrent FAA or EASA First Class Medical certificate or international equivalentCurrent B737, B787 or B777 type ratingExperience as a FAA Part 121 Airline Instructor Pilot and/or Line Check Airman, or International equivalentPossession of a passport or the ability to obtain one and travel both domestically and internationalLanguage
