Responsibilities
- Analyse and challenge existing KYC processes and data management practices.
- Define and formalise business requirements.
- Identify process, data, and operational impacts related to KYC/AML obligations.
- Ensure clear understanding between Business, Compliance, Operations, and IT.
- Translate business needs into conceptual requirements.
Testing (Business acceptance)
- Prepare and execute business process tests and validations.
- Support UAT ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
Monitoring & Stakeholder Management
- Act as intermediary between business teams and IT.
- Provide reporting on progress and risks.
- Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders.
- Build relationships with internal and external partners.
Required profile.
KYC / AML Expertise
- Strong understanding of KYC/AML in life insurance.
- Familiarity with identity verification and risk-based approaches.
Business Analysis Skills
- Experience as Business Analyst in insurance or banking.
- Knowledge of process analysis methodologies.
- Ability to analyse and improve KYC processes.
- Translate business needs into high-level requirements.
IT / Data (Business-oriented)
- Understanding of data quality and constraints.
- Familiar with APIs and automation concepts.
Interpersonal Skills
- Strong communication and workshop facilitation.
- Quality-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
