- Duration: 12 months
- Workload: Full-time What You'll Be Doing As part of the SAP Service Center, you will contribute to both Run and Build activities, supporting business-critical SAP solutions while driving continuous improvements and project delivery.
Key responsibilities
include: âś… Analyzing incidents and identifying root causes âś… Delivering both immediate workarounds and sustainable long-term solutions âś… Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements âś… Performing fit-gap analyses and translating requirements into functional specifications âś… Configuring SAP solutions and coordinating developments with technical teams âś… Creating and executing test scenarios, supporting UAT and go-live activities âś… Developing training materials and knowledge documentation âś… Supporting key users and promoting knowledge sharing within the SAP community âś… Monitoring system performance and carrying out operational checks Required Skills & Experience SAP Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD/MM
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) / OBP
- Experience with SAP EWM is considered a strong advantage Functional Competencies
- Business process analysis

- Incident management and problem solving
- Stakeholder management and user support Language Requirements
- Dutch (mandatory)
