ph3Job Description: /h3 pJoin POLITICO’s Events team in Europe to grow, engage and amplify audiences for POLITICO Live. /p pThe bSenior Marketing Audience Manager /b is a hands-on, all-round event marketer responsible for delivering marketing and audience recruitment campaigns and leading event amplification across POLITICO’s European events portfolio. /p pWe’re looking for someone with bfresh ideas, energy and creativity /b
- someone ready to challenge the traditional event marketing playbook, experiment with new approaches and find innovative ways to engage audiences bbefore, during and after our events /b. /p pThe ideal candidate combines strong events marketing experience with a broader marketing background, including social media, CRM and digital campaigns, and experience mentoring or managing others. They will understand bwho needs to be in the room /b across the French, British, Spanish and EU policy communities. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liWorking with the Executive Director of Audience and Growth, lead the event audience team and deliver integrated marketing and audience recruitment campaigns. /li liDrive registrations and attendance while attracting the right audiences for each event. /li liLead event amplification, finding creative ways to extend the reach and impact of our events before, during and after they happen. /li liBring fresh ideas, test new approaches and challenge established ways of working. /li liDevelop campaigns across email, CRM, social media, newsletters and other POLITICO channels. /li liUse CRM and event marketing tools to effectively segment, target and engage audiences. /li liTrack performance and use data and insights to improve results. /li liCollaborate with Events, Marketing, Editorial and Commercial teams to maximize the reach of POLITICO Live. /li /ul h3What You’ll Need /h3 ul li6+ years of experience in events marketing, audience development or wider marketing. /li liTeam management experience. /li liStrong all-round marketer with hands-on event promotion experience. /li liCreative and curious, with the confidence to experiment and bring new ideas. /li liStrong understanding of social media, email, CRM and digital marketing. /li liStrong copywriting, organizational and project management skills. /li liData-driven and comfortable measuring and optimising campaigns. /li liAble to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment. /li liFluent English; French and/or Spanish is a plus. /li liExperience in media, policy, journalism or political events is an advantage. /li /ul h3We value our people /h3 pOur benefits package is built for you, and includes: /p ul liOur teams benefit from country-specific, competitive compensation and benefits packages—including pension, healthcare, training opportunities and more. /li liWith a multinational team, strong ties to EU institutions, and flexible work options including working from abroad,
