Automation Project Engineer

We are looking for a Project Engineer Cleanroom Automation to join a major pharmaceutical site. You'll play a key role in improving and expanding monitoring systems used in GMP cleanrooms, ensuring critical environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, and pressure are accurately monitored and controlled. Working closely with engineers, contractors, automation specialists, and operations teams, you'll contribute to system upgrades, validation activities, and the rollout of next-generation monitoring solutions. 📍

Responsibilities:
- Lead cleanroom monitoring system improvement and migration projects.
- Define technical requirements and prepare engineering and validation documentation.
- Coordinate electrical design updates and technical installations.
- Support testing, qualification, and system commissioning activities.
- Follow up project planning, suppliers, contractors, and field execution.
- Analyze existing installations and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Your Profile
- Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in industrial automation, pharmaceutical engineering, or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of electrical schematics and instrumentation.
- Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, industrial networks, and monitoring infrastructures is considered an advantage.
- Hands-on mindset with a strong problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
