About the Role

As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role within a global digital business transformation programme, taking end-to-end ownership of prioritised processes within a specific domain. You will be the driving force behind delivering measurable business value through agile ways of working, ensuring that transformation goals are met across process, data, governance, and technology in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and delivering Quarterly Value Releases (QVRs), ensuring commitments are met across process, data, governance, and technology dimensions, while measuring and validating value realization through clear success metrics
  • Driving cross-functional alignment by collaborating with process owners, data owners, system owners, and product owners to ensure seamless delivery across all workstreams
  • Coaching and enabling teams in agile delivery practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable capability building within the organisation
  • Coordinating data transformation initiatives and FAIR data governance frameworks in collaboration with system and data owners, ensuring compliance with regulated environment standards
  • Tracking and managing progress, risks, and interdependencies across the programme, providing transparent and timely reporting to the Programme Lead and Steering Group

Qualifications

  • You hold a Master's degree or equivalent, and bring 5-15+ years of experience in large-scale transformation, digital, data, or process excellence roles, ideally within a regulated life sciences or R&D environment

Required Skills

  • You have a strong command of agile methodologies and ways of working, with Agile/Scrum certifications being a distinct advantage
  • You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills, with a proven ability to align diverse cross-functional teams towards a shared vision
  • You bring strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in data transformation and governance frameworks such as FAIR data principles
  • You are a confident communicator who can operate effectively at all levels of an organisation, from technical teams to senior leadership and steering committees

Preferred Skills

  • Fluent in English and knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
