Role Description

This hybrid role combines responsibilities in application and data integration with support for internal training (Campus) initiatives. As an Integration Developer, you ensure seamless data flow between systems and applications. As Campus, you support the creation and delivery of training content aligned with Roto’s digital transformation and upskilling goals.

Key Responsibilities linked to responsibility withing the process and the team

Application & Data Integration

· Design, implement and test integration scenarios based on defined technical specifications.

· Extend and adapt pre-packaged solutions using SAP integration suite and other platforms.

· Ensure secure and efficient data exchange between systems using API’s, REST services and standard formats (JSON, XML, CSV).

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate them into technical solutions.

· Document integration processes and maintain naming conventions and version control.

· Support integration testing and troubleshoot data flow issues across systems.

· Data service: taking care of software data for the various window manufacture’s software within EWE.

· Support marketing documentation in the development of technical documents based on SKG and Roto Con for the Western Europe market.

Campus & Training Support

· Create and manage content for e-learning platform Success Factors.

· Assist in the creation of internal training materials (e.g. Powerpoint decks) for technical and non-technical audiences.

· Collaborate with Campus trainers to prepare and deliver training sessions.

· Support the organisation of internal knowledge – sharing events and onboarding sessions.

Additional Responsibilities

Deliver technical and software assistance to Application Specialists, Product Specialists, and customers.

Profile

· Software & Dataservice : Autocad, Microsoft office, Roto Con, Office 365, Sharepoint, teams, Klaes, orgadata, chacal, Groeneveld GA, Openoffice, DeltaPi, Sketchup, XML-application visual studio code, Bulk rename utility, Freemind, 7-zip file manager, Teamviewer “chacal, orgadata, roto”

· Develop and maintain interfaces towards other systems.

· In-depth knowledge of window and door construction.

· Excellent multi language communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong organisational and time management skills, manage according to priorities.

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

· Process compliance discipline, process understanding.

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

· Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.

· Experience in providing technical explanation to handle complaint handling.

· Solution oriented and customer focused mindset.
