Shure is seeking aSenior Analyst IT Infrastructure to provide hands-on, on-site support for a mixed Mac/Windows environment, coordinating with global IT teams and managing assets within SEZ/STPI guidelines. The role requires strong SLA discipline, CMDB governance, and end-user escalations.
The ideal candidate will deploy OS images, manage identity workflows (Okta or similar), and work with ServiceNow/Jira to optimize ticketing and workflows.
