- regular presence in the Brussels office is required /b /p h3About the role /h3 pWe are looking for a bSenior QA Technical Lead /b to join our FA IT Solutions team. This is a dual role combining bQuality Assurance Testing /b with technical and architectural responsibilities. /p pYou will work mainly with bIBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Cognos Analytics and Cognos Controller /b, supporting systems used for financial planning, consolidation and reporting. /p ul liOwn the bQA and testing approach /b for the Cognos environment. /li liLead bUAT and regression testing /b and ensure financial data and reporting changes are properly validated. /li liDefine and improve testing standards and processes for the development team. /li liTake ownership of the btechnical quality of releases /b. /li liMaintain a strong understanding of the wider application architecture and data integrations. /li liProvide technical back-up for the bArchitect Technical Manager /b when required. /li liContribute to technical design decisions and act as a technical escalation point. /li liMentor junior developers and support the development team. /li liWork closely with business, finance and IT stakeholders to ensure reliable delivery and stable system operation. /li liStrong hands-on experience with bIBM Planning Analytics (TM1) /b. /li liStrong experience with bIBM Cognos Analytics /b. /li liExperience with bCognos Controller /b is highly relevant. /li liSolid background in bQA and software testing /b, including bUAT and regression testing /b. /li liGood understanding of bSTLC and test automation /b. /li liExperience working with bfinancial systems /b, particularly financial reporting, planning or consolidation. /li liUnderstanding of bapplication architecture and data integration /b. /li liPrevious experience as a bTechnical Lead, Solution Architect or in a similar senior technical role /b. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to business and finance stakeholders. /li liExperience mentoring or supporting less experienced team members. /li /ul
