You'll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping stakeholders maximise the value of their SAP investment while ensuring a secure, stable, and future-ready environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and maintain the SAP roadmap, translating business needs and improvement opportunities into clear priorities and actionable initiatives. /liliSupport business stakeholders in prioritising investments based on business value, risk, available resources, and delivery capacity. /liliDrive process optimisation and transformation initiatives to improve the effectiveness and value of the SAP landscape. /liliIdentify opportunities in SAP, data, AI, and automation, and translate them into concrete business initiatives. /liliAlign roadmap execution with enterprise architecture, platform lifecycle requirements, budgets, capacity, and supplier constraints. /liliOversee the stability, availability, performance, and continuity of SAP services, ensuring reliable and efficient operations. /liliManage budgets, financial forecasts, software licensing, vendor relationships, and contractual commitments. /liliEnsure appropriate security, compliance, audit readiness, and segregation of duties across the SAP environment. /liliCoordinate releases, technical and functional dependencies, and resource planning in line with strategic priorities. /liliRepresent the SAP domain in governance forums, providing clear insights into progress, risks, investment needs, and key decisions. /liliBuild stakeholder alignment and support for strategic investments, operational improvements, and organisational change. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliExtensive experience in senior SAP management within a complex organisational environment. /liliStrong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and experience with SAP SuccessFactors. /liliProven expertise in SAP roadmap development, business process improvement, and digital transformation. /liliSolid understanding of IT service management, application lifecycle management, security, compliance, and operational governance. /liliExperience managing budgets, financial forecasts, software licences, suppliers, and external service providers. /liliAn interest in innovation, data, artificial intelligence, and automation, with the ability to identify opportunities that deliver tangible business value. /liliA strategic mindset combined with the practical skills needed to guide execution and manage operational priorities. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to connect business requirements, processes, technology, and service delivery. /liliStrong influencing and leadership capabilities, including the ability to guide stakeholders and drive decisions without relying on formal hierarchical authority. /liliComfortable navigating complex governance structures, competing priorities, and multiple interdependent initiatives. /liliFluent Dutch is essential; English is considered an asset. /li /ulh3Practical Information /h3ulliEngagement: Long-term consulting assignment. /liliWorking arrangement and
