As Payroll Officer you'll be responsible for:Coordinating and overseeing monthly payroll process in collaboration with external payroll providers.
Ensuring compliance with Belgian social legislation and internal policies.
Acting as main point of contact for employees on payroll-related matters.
Preparing payroll reports, analyses, and provisions to support business decision-making.
Driving payroll optimisation, automation, and digitalisation initiatives.
Participating in HR and payroll transformation projects while supporting development of best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of payroll experience.
Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll regulations and social legislation.
Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French.
High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Proactive, autonomous, and able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
