key responsibilities
will include: Defining and executing the global testing strategy Leading UAT, integration, regression, performance and end-to-end testing Coordinating airline business users and globally distributed test teams Managing test governance, defect resolution, reporting and quality metrics Preparing cut-over testing and operational readiness activities Leading go-live rehearsals and deployment readiness assessments Coordinating post-go-live triage and stabilisation Working closely with business teams, vendors and implementation partners We're looking for someone with: 10+ years of software and business testing experience 3+ years as a Test Manager or Test Lead Strong experience leading UAT and business-process validation Experience with large-scale enterprise or COTS implementations At least 2 years of aviation or closely related operational experience Knowledge of tools such as qTest, HP ALM, TestRail or Jira ISTQB certification Excellent English communication and senior stakeholder-management skills Experience with AMOS, aviation Maintenance Information Systems, or a Trax-to-AMOS migration would be highly desirable.
