Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record in roles such as business analyst, functional analyst, or digital consultant
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Information Systems Management
What will you do?
- Analyze existing processes, organizational dynamics, and pain points to establish a baseline for transformation initiatives
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture, challenge, and formalize requirements and transformation objectives
- Collaborate with teams to define a clear, realistic, and ambitious future vision aligned with IT capabilities and strategic goals
- Research and evaluate digital and AI opportunities leveraging market trends and best practices
- Translate business needs into actionable briefs for IT and maintain alignment throughout development
- Monitor ongoing initiatives to identify overlaps, dependencies, and strategic inconsistencies
- Prepare structured presentations and materials for senior stakeholders, making complex topics accessible
- Support adoption of new processes by guiding teams through change management and ensuring sustained usage
- Identify and assess potential AI use cases, evaluate feasibility, and prioritize them in alignment with business objectives
