Our Belgium based client is currently searching for a Senior Process Integration Engineer to lead and coordinate semiconductor process integration from prototype development through high-volume manufacturing (HVM), working with internal teams and external foundries, particularly in China.
Key responsibilities:
Support and coordinate manufacturing activities with the China foundry partner
Transfer prototypes into high-volume production and support production ramp-up
Develop and optimize in-line monitoring, inspection and qualification structures
Analyze optical/metrology data and SPC to identify process issues and yield losses
Investigate failure modes, determine root causes and drive process improvements
Monitor lot processing, quality and yield at foundry partners
Report project status, timelines, issues and results clearly and systematically
Help define future process technology roadmaps and assess new foundry capabilities
Mentor junior process integration and foundry engineers in China
Required background:
Engineering Master’s degree + 10+ years relevant experience (or equivalent)
5+ years hands-on semiconductor fab experience
Strong knowledge of CMOS or MEMS manufacturing
Experience with semiconductor equipment, inspection and metrology
Strong project management and reporting skills
Comfortable working with international teams and external foundries
Willingness to travel
