We are looking for a Project manager for our customer in Zaventem.

We offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead a transformative SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition program across 15 European countries, shaping a harmonized and future-ready ERP landscape.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition across 15 European countries;

Manage the multinational rollout strategy, including governance, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies;

Coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, and IT);

Align global template design and minimize local country requirements to ensure standardization;

Manage system integrators, external partners, and SAP consultants;

Ensure effective stakeholder communication at executive and country leadership levels;

Oversee project planning, resource allocation, RAID management, and reporting;

Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives;

Ensure compliancewith European regulatory and localization requirements;

Monitor project KPIs, milestones, and quality standards;

Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive reporting.

Profile:

5–10 years of SAP project management experience preferred;

Proven track record in leading multinational SAP implementations across Europe;

Strong experiencewith SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations;

Experience with large-scale multi-country ERP rollouts (10+ countries preferred);

Solid understanding of SAP Public Cloud methodology and fit-to-standard approach;

Experience working with international stakeholders and distributed teams;

Strong leadershipand stakeholder management capabilities.

Professional skills:

Excellent vendor and system integrator management skills;

Strong knowledge of European localization, tax, and compliance requirements;

Proven experiencein risk management and governance;

Excellent communication and executive presentation skills;

Ability to managecomplex projects and coordinate international teams;

Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
