Field Sales Trainer (m/f/d) – BENELUX Region
This roleexecutes Training of Store managers and Store teamscatering our business growth strategy to elevate selling skills, optimize operations, and deepen the understanding of the PANDORA Brand, Product&Craftmanship across the Sales Field.
- RunningOnboardingsessions in different formats:face to face& virtual STMand Store TeamOnboardings;TempOnboarding;Sales Assistants-new joiners on the floor
- Sales Training on the floor
- Co-Facilitating face to faceSTM Meetings – regional training strategy
- Facilitatingclassroom& virtualdifferent programs; e.g.RetailTrainee Program,FLOURISH Training Champions, during Conferences
- SupportingStore Openings / Refits
- Train the Trainer for RSMs
WE DREAM – This is what we dream of:
- You hold a university degree, ideally in Learning & Development, Training, Coaching, or a related field.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in Training & Learning, preferably within the retail, fashion, or FMCG industry, and in an international environment.
- You possess excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and French
- You are willing to travel extensively. In this role, you will spend 3.5 to 4 days per week traveling primarily within the Benelux region.
- You are characterized by a positive spirit and a can-do attitude.
- You are passionate about working with people and naturally create a safe space and a foundation of trust for others.
- You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
