Injection Molding Technician

We're Hiring: Injection Molding Technician / Operator Are you technically skilled and passionate about plastics, machinery, and production processes? Then this opportunity might be for you Our client is a leading Belgian manufacturing company and a trusted partner of major international players in the automotive, construction, and industrial sectors. They specialize in producing high-precision metal and plastic components through a fully integrated and innovative production process. What will you do? As an Injection Molding Technician / Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities include: Setting up, changing, starting, and monitoring injection molding machines Performing quality checks at production startup according to specifications Preventing defects and ensuring products meet quality standards Carrying out preventive maintenance on molds Suggesting improvements related to safety, quality, environment, and efficiency Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and organized What are we looking for? You have a technical diploma (TSO – Mechanics, Plastics, or similar) You have experience in a plastic processing or manufacturing environment You have knowledge of plastic injection molding and molds You enjoy hands-on technical work You can work independently but also thrive in a team You speak Dutch and/or English fluently Looking for a stable role in an innovative company where your technical skills truly matter?
