You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dynamic teammates. /p pYou'll play a key role in shaping the design and specifications of systems or subsystems for new developments or by evolving existing ones. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including System Designers, Program Development Managers, and Project Engineering Managers, to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of system designs, and much more. /p pYou’ll specifically take care of defining system architectures and specifications while applying System Engineering techniques, but also contribute to technical reviews, decision-making processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. /p h3We’ll look to you for: /h3 pLeading and participating in system design and specifications, ensuring integration of end-user needs, safety, cybersecurity, and testability. /p pManaging system specifications, including requirements writing, modelling, and traceability. /p pApplying verification processes, such as document and peer reviews. /p pCollaborating on configuration management and material selection for system delivery. /p pSupporting risk identification and development strategy definition. /p pContributing to program/project documentation, including training materials and user manuals. /p pStaying informed on technological advancements through active technological watch. /p pPromoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct. /p h3All about you /h3 pWe value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill.
