Job Description
Are you ready to elevate your career in biopharmaceutical manufacturing? As a manager biomanufacturing usp, you will play a pivotal role in driving upstream processing excellence. We are looking for an inspiring leader to guide our production teams toward operational success.
Key Responsibilities
In your role as a manager biomanufacturing usp, your primary duties include:
• Lead and empower 2 USP Team Leaders, 4 Shift Leaders, and 15 skilled technicians to achieve production goals.
• Oversee cell culture operations to ensure smooth execution, high quality, and strict cGMP compliance.
• Optimize upstream production workflows while fostering a supportive and growth-oriented team environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will need:
• At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with solid hands-on production expertise.
• Proven track record in people management, including managing managers and supervisory staff.
• Strong technical knowledge of cell culture processes and biopharmaceutical upstream manufacturing.
• Fluency in both French and English to communicate effectively across teams daily.
