About the Role
The IT Infrastructure Project Manager leads and delivers transversal infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery. You are accountable for project scope, planning, resources, stakeholders, and successful delivery across one or multiple concurrent projects.
Infrastructure ProjectsContinue the OS upgrade program by accelerating the infrastructure modernization roadmap through the decommissioning of legacy operating systems, reducing security vulnerabilities.
Improve network connectivity in the distribution center by replacing network devices.
Implement a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solution to enforce certificate-based authentication and strengthen device security and access control.
Upgrade the enterprise network architecture to an SD-WAN / SASE framework, delivering high-performance connectivity and cloud-native security.
Modernize the network by removing redundant systems and legacy configurations, reducing technical debt and improving network security.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery.
Manage project scope, planning, budget, quality, risks, issues, and change.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare weekly status reports, Steering Committee presentations, and PMO Board updates.
Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues when required.
Coordinate testing activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business teams.
Functionally lead teams of up to five members, including Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers.
Ensure projects comply with PMO standards and IT Governance methodologies.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management within a business or industry environment.
Minimum 5 years of IT and business/industry experience.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
Strong business acumen within IT environments.
Good understanding of current and emerging technologies. xdkqlui Nice to HaveSAP knowledge.
