An international organisation is delivering a major finance transformation programme and is seeking a Functional OneStream Lead to support and validate the data migration and help in skills transfer and training.
Working alongside the internal project team and Systems Integrator, you will ensure the migration aligns with business and functional requirements. You will review and validate the target OneStream model, including account structures, disclosures, reporting requirements, and overall solution design, helping to ensure it meets consolidation and reporting needs.
You will act as a key link between business and technical stakeholders, supporting governance, testing, project delivery, user adoption, and business readiness activities. Responsibilities will also include developing training materials, delivering end-user training, supporting UAT, and driving successful adoption of the new solution.
This is a 12-month initial contract with potential extension. The role is hybrid, with travel to Belgium required during key project phases.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience with OneStream implementations or support projects
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and disclosure processes
- Experience supporting UAT, training, user adoption, and business readiness
- Ability to translate business requirements into successful technical delivery
- MUST be able to work in Brussels (ideally) 2 days a week
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid, international project environment
