Senior Agentic AI Consultant

pWe are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Consultant to shape how AI agents support IT project governance and software delivery. You will define and validate a practical operating model that fits PRINCE2 Agile and covers the software delivery lifecycle, with clear human oversight and controls. /ppbYour role /b /pulliDefine the target operating model, governance principles, roles and responsibilities for AI agents. /liliDetermine which activities agents can support and where human decisions, access controls, auditability and escalation are needed. /liliIntegrate the model into project and portfolio governance, planning, risk, quality and change management. /liliDesign an AI-enabled delivery flow covering requirements, architecture, development, reviews, testing, documentation and releases. /liliDefine traceability and integration requirements for the toolchain, including Azure DevOps and ServiceNow. /liliWork with business and technical stakeholders, support pilots or proofs of concept and recommend how to scale the approach. /li /ulpbYou have /b /pulliExpertise in AI agents, with at least ten years of experience. /liliExpertise in Microsoft Azure, with at least ten years of experience. /liliExpertise in PRINCE2, with at least ten years of experience. /liliEnglish at C1 level. /liliDutch or French at C1 level. /li /ulpbA plus /b /pulliAt least seven years of experience as an AI Engineer. /liliSenior-level experience in IT governance. /liliSenior-level experience in IT project delivery. /liliSenior-level experience in Agile software delivery. /liliPractical knowledge of PRINCE2 Agile. /liliKnowledge of generative AI. /liliKnowledge of agentic workflows. /liliKnowledge of human-in-the-loop governance. /liliExperience designing operating models. /liliExperience designing governance processes. /liliExperience defining roles and responsibilities. /liliExperience designing controls. /liliExperience designing decision gates. /liliKnowledge of the software development lifecycle. /liliKnowledge of CI/CD. /liliKnowledge of release management. /liliKnowledge of DevOps ways of working. /liliStrong stakeholder management skills. /liliExperience facilitating workshops. /liliStrong communication skills with management and technical teams. /liliKnowledge of Azure Repos. /liliKnowledge of Azure Pipelines. /liliKnowledge of Azure Test Plans. /liliKnowledge of Architecture Decision Records. /liliKnowledge of APIs. /liliKnowledge of integration architecture. /liliExperience in AI-assisted software engineering, multi-agent orchestration, LLM governance or observability. /li /ulpbWorking at Neurho /b /ppFounded in 1998, Neurho is a Belgian IT and business consultancy.
