Key Responsibilities
Analyze application performance across Java/Spring Boot microservices, PostgreSQL databases, and distributed integrations. Identify performance bottlenecks, scalability limitations, and architectural weaknesses. Assess resilience, observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and incident recovery mechanisms. Evaluate distributed transaction management, data consistency, and event-driven processing patterns. Review batch processing, messaging systems, APIs, and data migration mechanisms. Produce audit findings, risk assessments, and prioritized recommendations. Present technical conclusions to both technical teams and executive stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Proven expertise in performance analysis and auditing of distributed systems. Strong experience with Java application profiling and performance diagnostics. Expertise in monitoring and observability tools, including logs, metrics, and tracing. Solid understanding of resilience patterns, scalability, and fault-tolerant architectures. Ability to identify root causes of application and infrastructure performance issues. Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Languages French: Professional proficiency (C2) Work Environment Hybrid working model.
