This means supporting the company’s vision, strategy, and growth in customers, industries, and, of course, the adessi community in Belgium. /p h3Your role /h3 pYour impact as IT/Solution Architect /p h3Architecture /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain enterprise, domain, and solution architectures, ensuring alignment across levels. /li liCreate and evolve domain‑level architectures that balance enterprise direction with product team needs. /li liDesign secure, scalable, high‑performing solutions aligned with enterprise and domain standards. /li liIdentify shared capabilities, reusable components, and integration patterns across domains. /li liApply modern architectural patterns such as microservices, event‑driven design, API‑first integration, cloud‑native architectures, and zero‑trust principles. /li /ul h3Driving Digital Transformation /h3 ul liTranslate business strategy into technology strategy, multi‑year roadmaps, and target architectures that enable digital transformation. /li liGuide transition toward a digital‑first operating model, ensuring technology investments align with business objectives. /li liSupport transformation programs by ensuring solutions and domains evolve consistently toward the target enterprise architecture. /li /ul h3Technical Leadership Governance /h3 ul liLead and participate in architecture reviews, design boards, and governance forums, ensuring alignment across programs and initiatives. /li liDefine and maintain architecture principles, standards, reference models, and ensure their adoption across teams. /li liProvide technical leadership during key programs, guiding teams toward coherent and compliant architectural decisions. /li liEnsure solution designs adhere to security, compliance, performance, and maintainability standards. /li liDocument architecture decisions, blueprints, integration specifications, and reusable patterns to support transparency and reuse. /li liCoach and mentor engineering teams, promoting architectural best practices and technical excellence. /li /ul h3Accelerating Innovation /h3 ul liEvaluate emerging technologies to assess strategic relevance, enterprise applicability, and readiness. /li liInspire teams by introducing innovative approaches, patterns, and tools that improve agility, scalability, and time‑to‑market. /li liFoster a culture of experimentation and learning within the technology organisation. /li liIdentify opportunities where innovative technology can create new capabilities, efficiencies, or client value. /li /ul h3Collaboration Stakeholder Engagement /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, engineering, and security teams to ensure design cohesion and strategic alignment. /li liAct as the architectural lead within your domain, translating enterprise strategy into practical guidance for delivery teams. /li liFacilitate alignment workshops, design sessions, and leadership discussions to drive shared understanding across teams. /li liCommunicate architectural strategy, decisions, and roadmaps in a clear and actionable way to both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liContribute to business growth by co‑authoring proposals and bids, estimating effort, cost, and risk, and pitching proposed solutions to prospective and existing clients. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liExperience: 5+ years in IT architecture or related roles. /li liDegree: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. /li liSkills: Architecture Frameworks Tools, application architecture, modelling, BPMN, enterprise systems, microservices, integration frameworks, security frameworks. /li liCommunication: Proficient in Dutch, French and English (all written and spoken). /li liHybrid employment: work on site at the customer’s premises, combined with working at Adesso Brussels and remote homeworking. /li /ul h3Why join adesso Belgium? /h3 ul liMeaningful work and projects: work within your domain of expertise where you can create value for customers and grow together with the company. /li liStrategic opinion: your opinion and contribution to the expansion of the company is very valuable and counts You can give the company direction bringing in your ideas, creativity and vision for future growth. /li liGrowtogether: with over 400 t
