Are you an experienced Insurance Expert with a passion for advising discerning Wealth & Private clients? We’re looking for a professional with 3 to 8 years of experience in the insurance industry who excels in claims management and client communication. As the point of contact for complex insurance issues, you’ll have the opportunity to use your analytical skills and build a relationship of trust with our prestigious client portfolio. In addition, we offer an attractive salary and various benefits, including a flat-rate expense allowance and extra vacation days.
- You will assist Wealth & Private clients with complex insurance issues;
- You will handle the processing and evaluation of insurance claims, with a special focus on auto accidents (RDR, Omnium, Droit Commun);
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues regarding complex insurance questions;
- You will develop and maintain a relationship of trust with a demanding client portfolio.
- Has 3 to 8 years of experience in the insurance industry;
- Has extensive expertise in claims management, specifically in the area of auto insurance, such as RDR, Omnium, and Droit Commun;
- Is customer-focused and excels in communication;
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and can work independently;
- Has a business-minded attitude and a keen sense for sales opportunities;
- Is comfortable interacting with customers over the phone;
- Bilingual in Dutch and French is a plus.
