Functieomschrijving As a Solutions Engineer, you are responsible for both the design and implementation of logistics solutions for new and existing customers.
Analyze customer requirements, operational data and logistics flowsDesign efficient warehouse processes, layouts and automation conceptsDevelop pricing models, cost calculations and business casesPrepare and present tailored logistics solutions and proposalsManage implementation projects from concept to go-liveCoordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, IT, Customer Service and external stakeholdersMonitor project scope, budget, planning and operational readinessEnsure a successful start-up and smooth transition into daily operationsIdentify process improvements and contribute to continuous optimization initiativesSupport business development activities and participate in customer meetings and negotiations.
Profiel

Your profile
Minimum 5 years of experience within logistics, warehousing or supply chain operationsStrong analytical skills with experience in cost calculations, productivity analyses, process design and ROI assessmentsExperience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholdersCustomer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approachAble to work effectively under tight deadlinesTeam player with leadership capabilitiesExcellent command of EnglishKnowledge of Dutch and/or French is considered an assetWillingness to travel internationally when required, including longer project assignments abroad (+-3 months).
